Patrick Gilbert is a professor at the IAE de Paris (Sorbonne Graduate Business School - Université Panthéon-Sorbonne). His research focuses on the transformation of work and the social approach to the instrumentation of management. In the “Repères” collection he has published, La Gestion prévisionnelle des ressources humaines (Human Resources planning) (2011, new edition) and Sociologie des outils de gestion (The sociology of management tools) (with Ève Chiapello, 2013).
Jocelyne Yalenios is an associate Professor of Business Administration at the EM Strasbourg Business School, Université de Strasbourg. Her research and teaching focus on individual evaluation practices and performance management in the workplace.
