Communications for projects, crises, or risks ; professional, (inter)cultural, media, press, factual, Internet, or web communications ; organizations have never seemed so "communicative," thus placing themselves within a more global evolution, and contributing to it. Businesses, governmental departments, the State, associations, etc… : in what ways has this "everything-communication" profoundly altered organizations, to the point that communication itself is structuring and organizing ? A theoretical perspective that offers new keys to understanding a wide range of work circumstances, such as how managers act, creating budgets, management through projects, interorganizational collaborations, or even the role of management technologies.
Nicolas Arnaud is a professor at Audencia École de Management, where he holds the position of deputy director of the Grande École program. His teachings focus on management and human resource management. He is the author of many academic articles as well as articles for the press, both in France and abroad. He recently published a manual titled Nouveaux Enjeux de la GRH. Pratiques actuelles et études de cas (Ellipses, 2013).
Bertrand Fauré is a lecturer in information sciences and communication at the Université de Toulouse. His work on the performativity of the language of numbers in the organization process has been published in international reviews such as Accounting Organizations and Society, Human relations and Management Communication Quarterly.
