In the face of current news and events and the issues at stake, this pocket edition reopens these questions, under the direction of Béatrice Giblin, with numerous articles from edition number 144, which generated a lot of response. Béatrice Giblin is a geographer and geopolitician. A former student of Yves Lacoste, she was one of the founding members of the review Hérodote, in 1976, and has since directed the Institut français de géopolitique at the université de Paris VIII. Today she directs the review Hérodote.
