This book demonstrates the advantages of conflictual cooperation within organizations. It is the price of a job well done. In a world saturated with conflicts, conflicts about the quality of work often lack a rightful place, leaving work “neither done nor to-do” to damage both ourselves and the planet. Draw from accounts of three lengthy experiential experiments in collective work, Yves Clot and his colleagues tackle this problem head-on. Along the way, the borders between managers and employees find themselves re-drawn.
